Recent reforms to MARD law

On January 27, 2025, we held a launch event for our new association dedicated to promoting mediation in intellectual property, where we were pleased to welcome numerous intellectual property specialists, mediators, and others interested in mediation.
🙏🏻 We warmly thank everyone who was able to join us at the magnificent premises of the Maison des Ingénieurs de l’Agro, as well as all those who joined us remotely.
The interest and enthusiasm shown by the participants reinforce our conviction regarding PMPI’s purpose: to facilitate exchanges among all stakeholders in intellectual property mediation and to bring different perspectives together so that the practice of mediation can be enriched by everyone’s experiences.
Several areas of focus have already emerged during a collaborative workshop in which all participants—both in-person and online—willingly took part. Thank you to everyone! Thank you also to our Vice President, Isabelle Romet, for facilitating this workshop 👏🏻
