The French, German and Polish groups of AIPPI are holding their 2026 trilateral seminar in Paris on 11 and 12 June, on the theme “All senses in IP”.
On this occasion, Guillaume de la Bigne will speak on behalf of PMPI as part of the panel on emerging dispute resolution methods, with a focus on mediation in the context of the Patent Mediation and Arbitration Centre (PMAC) and the Unified Patent Court (UPC).
